Workshop Duration: Each workshop is meticulously designed to last for 2 hours, ensuring a balance between in-depth content delivery and participant engagement.

Compensation: Recognizing the value of our coaches' expertise and time, we offer a compensation rate of $50 per hour. This means for every 2-hour workshop, a coach receives $100.

Curriculum Development: Given that some topics are expansive and require more than a single workshop for thorough understanding, coaches have the flexibility to design a series of workshops. They are responsible for developing the curriculum for each workshop or series, ensuring that content is comprehensive, relevant, and engaging. To assist in this process, SunCoast Venture Forge provides guidance and support, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with our standards and objectives.

Digital Presentation & Platform: In today's digital age, we prioritize accessibility and convenience. All workshops are presented using digital slides, ensuring clarity and interactive learning. Furthermore, to streamline the learning process and provide a centralized platform for resources, we utilize Google Classroom or other Learning Management Platforms. These platforms allow coaches to upload materials, interact with participants, and manage their workshops efficiently.
